Dinos Gonatas

Dinos Gonatas holds a PhD in physics from the University of Chicago, a BA from Princeton University, and has participated in executive education at the Babson College of Business and the Wharton school.  His expertise is in intellectual property management, business development, with an industry focus in high technology, communications and instrumentation.

Recent projects include developing a business plan for a university-based biosensor technology, outlicensing spin-off technologies from inventions in the consumer products area, and market investigation for electron beam optical instruments.  His experience includes managing litigation and strategy across multiple international jurisdictions, termsheet negotiations, financial analysis for acquisitions and energy project development.  He is an inventor holding eight patents in synthetic fuel processing and thermal catalysis.   His consultancy, CPG Advisors, focuses on IP and new technology commercialization.
